Welcome to OreoWear. By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all purchases made through oreowear.com and define the rights and responsibilities between you (the customer) and OreoWear, operated by Neslist Ltd.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
All items are printed on demand and produced specifically for each order. Once your order is placed, it enters our fulfillment queue, typically within 1–3 business days. As each item is custom-made, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has entered production.
Shipping & Delivery
Products are shipped directly from our fulfillment centers located in the USA, UK, and EU. Shipping times vary depending on destination. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, while international deliveries may take 7–15 business days. Delays caused by postal services, customs, or external factors are outside of our control.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. OreoWear is not responsible for delivery delays or additional customs charges applied in your country.
Returns & Replacements
All our items are custom-printed specifically for each customer, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection or change of mind. To help you choose the right fit, please refer to our size guide available on every product page.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or contains manufacturing defects, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the claim is approved, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
Refunds & Dispute Resolution
Refunds are issued only in cases that meet our return or replacement criteria. If there is a problem with your order, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a dispute through your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and quickly.
Unjustified chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in permanent account suspension and possible legal action.
Intellectual Property Notice
All designs, graphics, logos, product names, and content featured on this website are the intellectual property of OreoWear (Neslist Ltd). Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale of any content from this site is strictly prohibited. We actively monitor and take action against intellectual property violations.
