We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Estimated delivery time is around 7–10 business days.
Please note that international customers may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes based on their country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Production & Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and carrier details.
  • We fulfill from multiple warehouse locations, and your order will be shipped from the nearest facility based on your location — ensuring faster delivery times..

Tracking Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time. Please allow up to 4 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the confirmation email.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  •   Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  •   We’ll provide a return authorization and return instructions.
  • Once we receive and verify the returned item, your refund will be processed.

If your return is approved (for defective or incorrect items), we will process your refund or ship a free replacement within 3 business days.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or incorrect. We do not accept returns to our fulfillment centers directly; a return address will be provided if applicable.

After reviewing your return request and any submitted evidence, we will notify you of the approval or rejection within 2–3 business days. If approved, it will be processed within 3 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Since your order enters production shortly after, we cannot modify or cancel it once processing begins. If the order has already shipped, standard return eligibility applies.
